Water Ramp / Strength Conditioning

DAYS: Water ramping begins June 15th! Training Every Day except Saturdays. *Some weeks may be shortened to 5 days based on athletes needs.

TRAMPOLINE: 4:30 – 5:30 pm

RAMPING: 6:00 – 7:00 pm

UOP Waiver: CLICK HERE to fill out the UOP waiver.

Strength & Conditioning TBA. 

All participants must obtain a current 2020-21 USSA license.
