Wasatch Freestyle Deer Valley Program Questions

When does Deer Valley Programing begin and end?

Deer Valley Programming begins December 3rd , 2011 and ends March 24th, 2012.  Saturday programs meet every Saturday and Saturday and Sunday programs meet every Saturday and Sunday.  March 24th is the last day of programming so there are no Sunday programs that weekend.

Where do they meet?

Deer Valley Mogul Monsters, Freestyle team, Freeski and Step UP all meet behind Snowpark Lodge on the snow near the ski racks furthest to the left.

What time do we need to drop off and pick up?

All groups except Step Up must be on the snow behind Snowpark lodge ready to go at 9 am.  Give your family plenty of time to get gear on and pick up skis in ski storage.  If you use ski storage remember your numbered tag and give your family extra time during holiday times. The line can be quite long by 8:50 am.

Pick up is in the same spot at 3 pm.

What time do Step Up team members need to be there?

This program is a go if we have enough older kids interested.  The plan is to have them meet at 9:30 am in the same spot noted above.

Pick up will be at 3:30 pm inside the Snowpark Lodge.

When and where do I get my child’s Deer Valley pass?

All kids signed up and paid will have their name put on the Wasatch Freestyle Deer Valley Pass list which is given to Deer Valley one week before their season opening.   We will have a team orientation meeting one evening during the week prior to Deer Valley’s season opening.  Emails will go out and it will be on the website once the date is set.  Families will be able to get their passes at the Deer Valley season pass office that night and avoid the long lines during the day.  If you can’t attend the orientation meeting your child’s name will remain on the Wasatch Freestyle list in the season pass office until you are able to pick it up.  Please be sure to pick up your child’s pass at the Deer Valley season pass office before your child’s first day on the snow with us.
